At the historical Tate Depot we took great care in preserving the original construction of the building as we added new track lighting over the model train. We also added new lighting throughout the depot and relocated the electrical panel from out in the open to a more discrete new mechanical closet.

This was a complete renovation of the space for the newly established Sharptop Distilling Company. We removed all of the old outdated electrical, and added back new electrical wiring and components, bringing it up to code. In addition, we added circuits for stills, brew kettles, and liquid pumps, along with lighting and general outlets.

On this project, Bear Creek had purchased rug cleaning equipment from Poland where the voltage and frequency are different from what we have here in the United States. We involved an electrical engineer to help us design a system that would work here in the United States and with the electrical service that was already serving the building.

In a renovation at the Pickens Progress we upgraded the lighting to LEDs, added exit signs, outlets and data jacks to their open design cubicle.
On a separate project we added a new 600 amp service to the Edge building bringing the service up to code and increasing the service size to add Sharptop Distilling Company.

We installed a Tesla Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station for the owner's new Tesla car. We also installed a stand alone 200 amp service for their new location.

We do tenant buildouts, upgrades to lighting with LED conversions and provide regular electrical maintenance by replacing exit signs, emergence lighting, and outside lighting.
